Apart from carefully selected raw materials,ISO22000 in Porto Veneziano we have invested in facilities, equipment, manpower and development of modern practices that allow us to ensure the quality and safety of food we manage. Our practices span all the way from the initial selection of materials and food products and the confirmation of the strict quality criteria upon receipt, until the tasteful offering on our breakfast buffet.

Our experienced staff strive to meet the requirements of Greek and European legislation on health and safety , apply Procedures and Technical Instructions in order to ensure the high quality and maintain the nutritional value and freshness of all our tasty and traditional offerings.

We vigorously apply HACCP certified practices, all according to the international standard ISO 22000:2005, we implement continuous quality checks upon receipt of all produce and materials, thus seamlessly aiming at serving a quality buffet breakfast that meets all necessary health, safety and quality regulations in place.

Due to the evolution of business processes and compliance to the rules and specifications of international standards, Porto Veneziano has earned the certification of "ISO 9001" for the Quality Management System Operation.

SISO9001ince 2003, the hotel’s management is committed to ensuring high quality operation, recognizing all standardized specifications derived from the above international standard. This is achieved by the daily monitoring of the compliance and continuous improvement of the said regulations, with the aim of the complete satisfaction of guests as well as the hotel’s employees.

The quality control implementation of operating procedures in all parts of the hotel is daily and the results are evaluated by management immediately in order to avoid discrepancies and unnecessary delays due to reforms.

Our guests have a limited time of holiday and relaxation and their choice of our hotel is very important to us.
